I was really tired. I drew myself naked but i was going to add clothes, I WAS, I SWEAR, but i was so tired and this went out kinda cutelly, so i left like this.

I think omitting the clothes just accentuates the point of being so tired that you don't care what you look like or what you might (not) be wearing.
